The staff is amazing, I have never had a problem. They are very accommodating. When I was in with all 3 of my kids, the staff went above and beyond to help me. They even helped entertain my other 2 so I could focus on 1 child at a time!

She truly went above and beyond to help me out on her day off, outside of business hours. She contacted the pharmacy personally for the medication I needed. I am beyond impressed with my experience with Dr. Rollett, I recommend her million times over and cannot say enough good things about her knowledge, kindness, and care. My experience at the Lake Country Optometry was of the quickest and best I have ever encountered.”

The whole process from pre-testing, to sitting in the chair, to walking out the door was seamless. I saw Dr. Rollett and she was fantastic! She's beyond personable and took the time to go over my images, explain what everything meant, and answer any questions I had (unlike my previous optometrist). Big Fan!
